Replicator March - April 2003 - Nut Brown Ale

Dear Replicator,

Every summer business takes me to Boise, Idaho. Each trip I look forward to visiting the Table Rock Brewing Co. a local microbrewery that makes the best Nut Brown Ale I have ever tasted. It seems to go particularly well with a sandwich type lunch. I would appreciate very much the opportunity to make a batch or two to hold me until my next visit, can you help?

Replicator March - April 2002 - Old Rasputin Imperial Stout & Mac & Jack’s African Amber

Dear Replicator:

I used to live in Virginia and could always purchase Red Hook-Double black Stout and North Coast Brewing Co. - Old Rasputin. Since I have moved to SW Florida I cannot get these beers. I am an all grain brewer and would LOVE to try your all grain recipes for these two beers.

Replicator June - July 2002 - Wisdom Cream ale & Fredericksburg Porter

Dear Replicator:

We have a top notch brewery in Belgrade, Montana called Big Hole Brewing. They make my favorite beer of all: "Wisdom" which is a cream ale. All the Big Hole beers take a Native American theme from this area in Montana, that could be a story in itself. I would sure be interested in a clone recipe for Wisdom, if you have time as I have had slim luck brewing cream ales, and Wisdom is nearly an art form.
