Cider Making Class Thursday, October 11th, 2018

This 3 hour "show and tell" format class is geared toward you cider lovers!
Our instructor Heather will be discussing the topics below along with giving samples of a variety of ciders.
·  What Varieties to use and blend
·  Crushing and Pressing
·  Using commercial apple juice
·  Use of testing equipment— hydrometer, acid test kit, sulfites, pectic enzymes, tannin
·  Racking, aging, bottling
·  Off flavors
·  Cider tasting

Class minimum: 6 students 

Class maximum 16 students
