This 2 hour show and tell class will show the general steps to prepare you to make wine from fresh vinefera grapes.
We will review all of the major choices that a home winemaker needs to make when using fresh grapes. From Fermentation to aging to bottling to aging, this class will help you get through the choices with confidence.
