Pacific Sunrise (Pale Ale) - All Grain
Mash at 152° for 45 minutes. Batch sparge to collect 6.5 gallons. Bring wort to a boil then add 1.0 oz. of Cascade hops and boil for 60 minutes. With 15 minutes remaining add 1 tablet Whirlfloc. With 2 minutes remaining add 2.0 oz. El Dorado hops and 1.0 oz. Cascade hops.
At the end of the boil turn off the heat, cool to pitching temp and then transfer to fermenter, straining out all hops. Add yeast when the temperature of your beer is less than 70°, and begin fermenting. After 7 days check the specific gravity of your beer. When final gravity is reached bottle or keg as desired.
